She is experienced in a broad range of commercial property work including; acquisitions and disposals, refinancing, making formal applications for the renewal of leases, acting for both landlords and tenants in drafting and negotiating leases.

Comfort also acts for residential clients advising on; all types of sales, purchases and refinancing, formal and informal lease extensions and collective enfranchisement, rectification of title (such as applications for adverse possession), and drafting deeds of variation.
