About Olivia Sheanon
Olivia is a Solicitor in the Family team.
Olivia specialises in family law, with a particular focus on divorce and matrimonial finance. She advises clients on all aspects of financial remedy proceedings, including the division of assets, spousal maintenance and complex financial arrangements arising from the breakdown of a relationship.
Her practice includes advising on high-value and complex cases involving property portfolios, business interests and non-matrimonial assets. Olivia has experience in resolving disputes through negotiation and settlement, as well as representing clients in contested proceedings where necessary.
Olivia also advises on cohabitation disputes, including claims under TOLATA, and the preparation of pre- and post-nuptial agreements. She is committed to achieving fair and practical outcomes for her clients, providing clear and strategic advice tailored to their individual circumstances.
Olivia was admitted to the role of solicitors on 27 June 2022.
