Puja is a highly experienced residential property solicitor with over 19 years’ experience advising clients on a wide range of residential property transactions. She has particular expertise in high-value London property work, acting for private individuals, investors, developers and commercially focused clients.

Puja advises on sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, new build transactions, refinances, transfers of equity, lease extensions and more complex residential matters. She is known for her pragmatic, commercially aware approach and for guiding clients through transactions with clarity, efficiency and care.

Having worked at partner level for a number of years, Puja brings strong technical expertise together with significant experience in managing client relationships, supervising teams and working closely with estate agents, referrers and other professional contacts.
