Megan Harrison

Megan is a CILEX Lawyer (Conveyancing) [FCILEX] in the Conveyancing team based in the Chiswick Office.

Megan specialises in residential conveyancing, acting on freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, lease extensions, new leases and new build transactions.

She is known for her proactive and organised approach, providing clear advice and working closely with all parties to keep matters progressing efficiently.

Megan is approachable and understands that property transactions can be stressful. She places particular importance on clear communication and responsiveness, ensuring clients feel informed, supported and confident throughout the process.

Education and Career

Megan joined Sutton Mattocks in January 2020, prior to the merger with Bindmans in December 2023. She qualified as a CILEX Lawyer (Conveyancing) [FCILEX] in January 2026, completing her training alongside full-time work. She has gained strong practical experience across a wide range of residential property matters from an early stage in her career.
